Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation
Start date: January, 2019 or by arrangement
Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Business Administration or Banking & Finance
Training: Interdisciplinary and specific trainings as part of the Career Start program as an opportunity for personal and professional development
Rotation: Opportunity to spend 4-6 months working in a functionally related area as a chance to build networks in different areas of the bank
Opportunities for further development: Permanent employment with the prospect of a challenging position in the SUB Finance function after completing the Career Start program
An interesting role in the CFO team of the Swiss Universal Bank
You have the opportunity to receive an in-depth insight into investor topics and the financial steering of the division
You have the chance to be actively involved in the daily business of the SUB Finance function, preparing management presentations, providing ad-hoc analyses and driving business area internal controlling processes (forecasting, budgeting, etc.)
Contribution to the development and implementation of internal initiatives
Independent coordination of organizational tasks and processes, such as internal communication or HR topics
You have the unique chance to play an active role as an interface between the finance function, other SUB business areas and various other stakeholders across the bank (HR, risk, etc.)
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as a high level of service orientation
You have proven analytical acumen with a sense of responsibility and perseverance
You show initiative and high sense of reliability as well as a strong dedication to the job
Do you have a very good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel?
Are you fluent in German and English (written and spoken)?
