Length: 6 months
Start date: March 1st, 2019, or by arrangement
Academic qualification: At least four completed semesters at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business/Economics or Law.
International working environment: Work in a Swiss corporation with an international outlook and cultural diversity
Shadowing days: Opportunity to gain insight into other areas of the bank and expand your knowledge
Internship events: Chance to get to know other interns, make new contacts across different areas, and build up a network at various events

The chance to be part of the second line of defense ORM team looking after the division Swiss Universal Bank (UB) and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) AG
The opportunity to gain insight into components of the Credit Suisse Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework such as incidents management, the setting of the operational risk appetite, the controls framework, the risk and control self-assessment approach, etc.
The chance to work on a wide spectrum of operational risk topics across the whole division and embedded corporate functions
The possibility to support the coordination of monthly risk reporting activities as well as the consultation process for new policies and procedures
Do you want to be actively involved in performing internal and external incident data analytics as well as in a variety of tasks relating to the establishment of second line of defense guidance and training documents?
Do you want to get involved in daily ad hoc activities such as data reconciliation and analysis tasks during challenge and quality assurance work performed?
Are you interested in supporting the establishment with presentations for ORM Swiss UB purposes?
With your strong conceptual thinking and your dedication for analyzing numbers you contribute to the team’s success
You possess high sense of responsibility, independent working practice as well as showing initiative and high level of reliability
You are a dedicated problem solver with a flexible personality, very good interpersonal skills and positive can-do attitude
You take responsibility for your actions, are committed to meet challenges and to assist
Are you motivated to work in a dynamic environment and strive for good quality work?
Do you master well both MS Excel and MS Power Point?
Do you speak German fluently and have a good working knowledge of English?
