Length: 24 months
Start date: February, 2019 or by arrangement
Foundation role: Business Analysis & Engineering
Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Business Information Technologies, Computer Science or similar.
Training: Interdisciplinary and specific trainings as part of the Career Start program as an opportunity for personal and professional development
Rotation: Our program allows you to rotate between two different IT areas so that you can experience different positions, build new skills and expertise, and develop strong relationships across multiple teams
Opportunities for further development: Permanent employment with the prospect of a challenging position in one of the IT departments after completing the Career Start program
In this role you will work as a Junior Business Analyst (BA) in Corporate Center IT:
You are part of the project team implementing a new board platform, making senior board meetings paperless and pursuing the digitalization strategy of Credit Suisse
You actively collaborate in the daily tasks of the social media compliance team
You have the opportunity to handle multiple social media initiatives as the IT contact of the social media competence center
You are actively involved in the vendor evaluation, specification and implementation of platforms, working together with experts in the field
You will analyze, document and validate business requirements, engineer process flows and manage stakeholders
You have the chance to improve your requirements engineering skills within an innovative, international team, a challenging regulatory domain and an interesting technical environment
You bring excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a very precise and efficient work approach
You are passionate about digitalization and you see yourself in a business analyst role in the long term
As a motivated and trustworthy teammate you have a strong ability to cope with pressure and demonstrate high service orientation with client focus
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
Do you possess a solid technology background, some theoretical background on Business and Requirements Engineering and a basic knowledge of object oriented programming?
Do you show the ability to work effectively with team members and are committed to take on responsibility and work independently?
Are you fluent in English and have a good working knowledge of German?
