Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation

Start date: February, 2019

Workplace: Zurich

Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Banking & Finance or Business Administration

We offer:

  • The opportunity to support the development, management and coordination of the External Asset Manager (EAM) business in Europe

  • An international and dynamic working environment across 5 locations

  • You act as central point of contact to ensure efficient bi-directional communication to and from the Front organization (market heads, team leaders, relationship managers) and are a subject matter expert for business processes and operational issues

  • Facilitate front monitoring and reporting activities, perform targeted data analysis and drive risk management and compliance processes

  • Representation of the front organization in business area- and segment-related initiatives and working groups

  • Organize and prepare key meetings (e.g. management committee meetings and town halls)

  • Exposure to senior management and close collaboration with business area and EAM segment stakeholders across various functions to build up know-how and extend your network within the bank
