Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation
Start date: March 2019
Workplace: Uetlihof, Zurich
Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in design, psychology, engineering, communications or marketing.
Training: Interdisciplinary and specific trainings as part of the Career Start program as an opportunity for personal and professional development
Rotation: Opportunity to spend 4-6 months working in a functionally related area as a chance to build networks in different areas of the bank
Opportunities for further development: Permanent employment with the prospect of a challenging position in the Client Experience Department after completing the Career Start program
You an ever-evolving role within a team of designers, usability engineers and client and customer experience specialists operating within the over-arching Digitalization & Products business area of the Swiss Universal Bank
You the opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into how our clients think and how they interact with us as a bank, how banking services are provided end to end, and how the vast operations of the bank can play a positive role in the financial well-being of a large number of people
You as part of a small cross-disciplinary team with an emphasis on creating deep generalist skill-sets, to better solve the complex problems of the client in a harmonious manner. Our team focuses on developing our people to solve the problems we do not yet know about.

You practical experience within a bank’s transformation initiative. Every day we examine existing processes, interactions, products & software and apply a rigorous design process to resolve client pain and improve the offering of our services
You a chance to actively collaborate in the daily tasks of working through existing client needs and problems, imagining the way in which these needs might be addressed better and then creating artifacts of design like screens, wireframes, specifications and journey maps to illustrate and provide guidance to implementation and engineering.
